MICROMOUSE '99

ABOUT MICROMOUSE '99

Since the inception of the first micromouse competition at MIT in 1979, there has been increasing interest in building intelligent autonomous robots and competing them against one another. This inspiration resulted in the formation of a project team at the University of South Australia to build a micromouse for an Electronic Engineering Design Project. This project has the ultimate aim of developing a micromouse to a stage where it can sucessfully navigate its way through a maze at a rate that it will be able to compete.
